Hamilton Company, located in Winthrop Ma, is a world wide distributor of Tungsten Carbide stock, such as random rod, or cut to length centerless ground rod, inserts, ect, we also provide custom made end mills, burs, and cutting tools. Carbide stock Hamilton Company works closely with TechMet, a company that started operations in 1998 with the purpose of providing world class technology to a limited number of tungsten carbide producers; and to offer lower cost higher quality tungsten carbide powder and sintered tungsten carbide blanks. TechMet utilizes its metallurgical and process expertise to assist its partners and customers with their tungsten carbide needs. TechMet has also worked very closely with GESAC (Golden Egret Special Alloy Company), a division of Xiamen Tungsten Company, a private corporation and the largest producer of tungsten powder in China, to develop a $75 million state of the art, ISO certified cemented carbide production facility in China; which is set apart from the various state owned carbide producers. TechMet has exclusive rights to market GESAC products in North America.
