The Company has a knowledgeable and experienced team of sturgeon farming and production. It makes full use of the excellent water resource of Qiandaohu and Quzhou to farm in large scale mature and near mature sturgeon of various year groups and species in cages and flowing water pools with modern scientific farming management. Based on international caviar processing standard, the Company built a processing plant that is certified to export to EU and can produce 10 tons of caviar annually. The Company can steadily supply caviar and sturgeon meat products to EU, the U.S., Japan, and other overseas market. It also has an artificial propagation plant in Qiandaohu that€™s equipped with advanced sturgeon egg incubation system and can annually supply 10 million pieces of larvae during off season and 200 tons of big live sturgeon.
