Established in 1987, Hangzhou Xingyi Metal Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xingyi”) is located in the City of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Xingyi became a Sino-foreign cooperative enterprise in 2005 when partnered with an American firm. With a 215, 000 square feet manufacturing facility, a great team of professional managers, well trained technical staff and highly skilled workers, Xingyi is able to provide its customers with highest quality products and superior service. Xingyi is committed to manufacturing quality brake shoes and fittings for heavy-duty trucks and trailer braking system. Our plant is equipped with a complete set of production equipment from plate cutting, punching, sanding, and bending to heat treatment, powder coating and inspection. Our facility is capable of producing 1.2 million pieces of brake shoes annually and our brake shoes are available in most of the popular applications and are sold worldwide. Dedicated to product research and innovation, the people at Xingyi continuously strive for higher quality production and improved technology. In 2006, we successfully developed the automatic brake shoe welding machine (pattern pending) which not only improved the welding quality tremendously, but also enabled us to ensure quality consistency. In 2007, Xingyi decided to invest in the United States and founded Sun Metals Group, LLC to distribute brakes shoes in the U.S market. Recently, Sun Metals Group LLC also registered its own trade mark. .
