We, Happy Ball, are a young company established in September 2001 specializing in a product of new concept called "Happy Ball", which was developed in March 2001. Happy Ball is a fitness exercise equipment of new concept, with which you can enjoy fitness exercise with a great fun. This is the right exercise equipment that brings everybody health and happiness. Applications for patent have been filed in Korea and in many foreign countries including U.S.A., Japan and China, and also particularly in Korea, registration for Practical New Device and Technology Patent have been in progress. Happy Ball has made active marketing activity not only in domestic market but markets throughout the world from the outset, and consequently we have since got favorable responses. Its good quality has been recognized in exhibitions abroad as well as at home, and so we are now having business talks continuously with foreign buyers, while driving domestic sales promotion harder at the same time. Sooner or later we will make advertisements through domestic home-shopping channels, open our own sales counters at large discount stores and prepare ourselves for full-scale marketing offensive for domestic and overseas market, aiming at development of overseas market and increase of customers.
