Our company has two branches: Automobile Electric Parts and Automobile Plastic Parts. There are four advanced electric assembly lines in Automobile Electric workshop, with annual production capacity of 4 million pcs. The main products are: horn, power window controller, flameout controller, flash mechanism, wiper with interval delay, relay, horn relay, ABS sensor (wheel speed sensor), mileage meter sensor etc. In addition, the main products of the Atomobile Plastic Parts are: bumper, grid, wheel disc, instrument panel, handle, decoration accessories etc. Automobile Plastic plant has several moulding-injecting machines from 100g to 8000g, which can produce bumper 40,000 pcs, wheel disc 60,000 pcs, instrument panel 30,000 sets, and decoration accessories 50,000 sets monthly. Besides, the company also has one automatic painting line, which can produce bumper 200,000 pcs and wheel disc 500,000 pcs annually.As a famous brand among automobile parts industry, JY has been the supplier for many automobile plants, such as China FAW Group Corp, Harbin Hafei Automobile Industry Group Co.
