Harbin Xinrun Industrial Co.,Ltd.(HXR)is located in Xiangfang district,Harbin. It is adjacent to HE Group, one of three biggest power equipment suppliers. The total floor space is 12000m2 and the plant area is 5000m2. HXR is a professional manfacturer of turbine or gas turbine blade by investment casting. the casting blade have been applied in turbine from 300MW to 1000MW, gas turbine of 25MW. HXR also can offer investment castings for petrochemical, paper making, civil aviation industry etc.
According to the raw materials, the casting HXR offers can be classfied as supperalloy,stainless steel,duplex steel and non-ferrous metal. Advanced technologies such as silion sol, ceramic core, induction furnace,vacuum induction furnace and vacuum heating furnace have been applied in the casting production. HXR offers fine castings supported by stable Economic and technical efficiency, advanced quality assurance system and inspection instruments. 1972 Former company-investment casting shop of Harbin Turbine Company was build 2004 HXR was founded 2005 Three chamber vaccum induction furnace was used to produce superalloy investment castings. 2006 CNC machining shop was built. 2009 Large capacity vaccum heating furnace was installed. 2010 X-ray inspection center was built. 2011 Ceramic core production line was built.
