Harmony's Gifts

About me...

We are a family business that operates a web base Gift shop that offers deals on the internet. We are located in Spokane Washington. I have experience selling on Internet and through mail order with our fantastic Catalogs. My product line has definitely grown over the years and I will continue to add new products and services to meet your Gift needs.

Communications...

I make it a priority to stay in communication before, during, and after a sale. Before a sale I will do my best to get your questions answered quickly and honestly. During the sale I provide end of auction emails (with check-out), invoices (with check-out), and confirmation of payment received messages. After the sale you can expect a ship confirmation and tracking info message. All messages are sent through UPS messages for secure messaging and really do keep you up to date on the status of your order.

My Commitment to you...

Simply stated...I am dedicated to making sure you are completely satisfied. This is my main focus and I will do anything I can to make your purchase with me a positive experience! We will not share any of your information.
