We provide Wrought iron ornaments, Plumbing and Drainage Products(No Hub pipe and fittings, Ductile iron pipe and fittings PVC pipe and fittings, Manhole cover and Frames, Trench drain and Grating, Floor drains and Roof drains, etc. ) Pump and Valve parts, Automobile Parts, Digger Teeth, Engineering & Machinery Parts, Clamp and Outlet for Fire Control System of Construction, Cast iron cookware, wire mesh.
We possess factory Wuxin Precision Castings Ltd. Set up in 1997 with good experience of production and management for investment castings. It acquired ISO/TS16949 approval in Feb, 2006 and has strong technical team to meet customer's requirement. It has 3 sets of furnaces with a shipment capacity of 3, 000MT steel castings per year and is equipped with advanced machining and testing equipments, such as universal testing machine, foundry-master (Germany) spectrometer, hardness tester, MI testing and UT testing.
We have enough equipments for detecting and testing, such as Magnetic Particle Inspection Machine, Impact testing Machine, Spectrum Analyzing Machine and X-ray Flaw Detector. Our machining equipments which consist of common machine tools, NC machine tools as well as CNC have secured the precision of products.
