Henea

Henea is a newer manufacturer, founded in 2017, which means it may lack the long-term track record of older suppliers. While it has a verified phone number, the lack of verified work email and business documents raises concerns about legitimacy and communication reliability. As a manufacturer based in Indonesia, it has access to strong natural resources for essential oils like cinnamon oil, which is a common product in Southeast Asian supply chains. Exporting only to Malaysia suggests a focused regional market, which can reduce complexity for buyers but may limit global reach. Without verified business documents, buyers should request additional proof before placing large orders or sharing sensitive requirements. The product range is narrow — only cinnamon oil — which may make it less flexible for buyers needing multiple ingredients. This focus could be a strength if the buyer specifically needs that product, but it also means less diversification and higher risk if supply changes.
