Business Description
HZT(Hengshui Zeqian Technology Co., Ltd) is supplier of polymer concrete drain channel and cover and SMC temporary trench cover in China from 2018. In 2019, the polymer concrete drain channel factory and SMC temporary trench cover and SMC grating factory joined us and HZT became the main part of the two factories. So that HZT can control the cost and quality for all the overseas friends. In 2020, HZT became a part of FRP factory and only charged the FRP grating and manhole cover and pipe.
HZT is in charge of all the exporting business and the factories charge all inland business.
Now, we have polymer drain channel workroom 8000sqm and can produce about 12000m one month, ductile iron grating and manhole cover workroom 15000sqm and can produce 50000 tons one year, temporary trench cover and SMC grating workroom 6000sqm, FRP products workroom about 13000sqm.
And we have the advanced test machine to test the loading class of ductile iron grating and manhole cover. And there are two Auto producing line to produce the manhole cover and grating. Testing machine includes spectrograph and loading test machine and sclerometer and Medium frequency electric furnace etc.
There are 5 sets hydraulic press to produce the temporary trench cover and SMC grating. They are one 2500tons and one 1200tons and one 350tons and two sets 100tons.
So our production are as the following:
Polymer concrete channel with cover----The internal width are from 100mm to 300mm. Loading class is from A15 to F900 of EN1433 standard. Throughput can be 100m/day to 400m/day(according to the size).
Stainless steel drain channel and cover-----The design will be produced as the client's. Even some design can be produce by the laser. The cover's length is 1.2m or shorter.
Temporary trench cover----1208 and 1612 and 1111R sizes, the loading class are 400kgs and 800kgs or 2300kgs in 250*250mm area.
