We specialize in manufacturing and supplying STELLITE, NITRONIC, HASTELLOY, INCONEL and MONEL. The pricing on superalloy and stainless grades has stabilized somewhat we are working to help lower your costs by passing these savings on to you. We have been known to help to lock in the prices on purchases now, and when nickel escalates - you will be protected with a firm fixed price.Our primary focus is on bar, rod, sheet, and plate, but we can supply many other forms as well through our network of manufacturers and suppliers, such as tube, pipe, fittings, flanges and fasteners. Now producing forgings in house too. We have added a 750 ton open die forging press, which is covered in the brochure. We are offering open die forging for these alloys now, ranging in size from only a couple of pounds, up to as large as 1000 lb pieces. As we add furnace capacity, we will be able to handle up to 3000 lb pieces. Current part sizes can be made as large as 22 OD x 4 thick pancakes (commonly known as upset forgings), round bars from 6 Dia x 10 feet in length, and in a rectangular forms from as large as 8 x 10 x 6 feet in length. We also have many forgings suppliers, so if parts are larger than this we can have them made for you as well. Our goal is to serve small and medium quantity requirements, with short production times along with Mill manufacturing, and we have extended this to our manufacturing round, square, and rod with our radial forge; hex, square, and flat products with our rolling mill; and plate and sheet throughout network of mills. Of course, manufacturing is a last resort, and offered if we do not already have it in stock.
