In its precision machining division, we have a full range of machining setup including 3 VMC’s, 1 HMC’s, 2 CNC Turning, 4 cylindrical grinding, 2 gear cutting & shaving, & 4 honing machines. We have successfully developed & machined components such as cylinder head, crankcase, cylinder barrel, inlet/exhaust manifold & cylinder block. Our customers include Mann (Manifolds), TATA (Cylinder Block for ACE) & Cooper Foundry (cylinder head, bed plate & block). in crankshafts division we manufacture various models of Bajaj and Hero Honda crankshafts maily for export markets.
