Business Description
Founded in 1991, HTSM occupies a 20,000 square foot facility in Naugatuck, CT. We operate 3 dissociated ammonia furnaces. Our press tonnage ranges from 4-110 tons. Largest size possible of parts manufactured is 2.75 square inches.
Our specialty is operating at very high capacities. We have presses configured for 10,000 parts per hour. We also manufacture smaller specialty jobs.
Wide variety of powder metals including but not limited to steel, stainless steel, iron, recycled iron, copper, copper alloys, nickel, nickel alloys, bronze, aluminum, distaloy, and other special alloys.
Wide variety of secondary services include heat treating, oil impregnation, resin impregnation, coining, infiltrating, plating, steam oxidizing, and machining.
We serve a wide variety of industries but not the automotive industry. We are ISO compliant.
HTSM is a member of the Connecticut Business and Industry Association, the Naugatuck and Waterbury Chamber of Commerce, and the National Association of Manufacturers.
We have a cage code(for government contracts) and are a certified minority supplier certified through the National Minority Supplier Development Council.
