Horst F. C. Brueggemann Handelsgesellschaft mbh is an internationally active enterprise for food additives. From the company created in the year 1981 Brueggemann import-export in the year 1986 the today's company horst F. C. Brueggemann Handelsgesellschaft mbh was founded. We began our activity with the import of guar gum powder, which we drive out under our registered trade mark Hansacoll. In the year 1983 we took over the agency of the US-American company FMC corporation, philadelphia, particularly for the marketing of food grade phosphates in Germany and other European countries. In the following years we supplemented our delivery program by further hydrocolloides such as locust bean gum, xanthan gum and carragheene. In the year 2000 FMC corporation and SOLUTIA inc. (ex Monsanto) created the new company ASTARIS LLC in St. Louis, in which both enterprises combined their interests of phosphate. We have took over the exclusive selling of the company ASTARIS LLC for Europe. Except the food sector we serve those with our products also
