With a complete production process of melting, forging, hot rolling and heat treatment, we manufacture cold work tool steel, hot work tool steel, plastic mould steel and various alloy construction steel, high alloy tool steel. We possessed of 5 tons arc furnace, 3 tons MF furnace, 1-5 tons electro slag furnace for melting; type of 650 rolling mill imported from Germany and 560KG-5 tons forging hammers and drop hammers for hot rolling and forging; 8 pcs 30 tons electricity annealing furnaces for subsequent heat treatment and electric grinding wheel peeling machines, electric band saws, milling machines and lathes for processing.
