Hunan Yabang Building Material Science And Tech...

Hunan Yabang building material technology Development Company is a private high-tech enterprise which integrates collection of producing, learning and researching, and specializes in researching and developing ecotype wall material and production equipment. It has a perfect research and development team which is made up of professional industry experts, senior engineer, professor on the aspect of gypsum material research and development. We cooperate with China aviation power generating machine research institute to develop the wall material production equipment, have the excellent ability of technological innovation on the aspect of equipment research and development. Every connection including the equipment manufacture and part program and so on are in strict conformity with army-lies criterion to ensure high performance, high stability and high durability. Our aim is to build an energy-saving society and promote the development of ecotype building materials. Be dead against gypsum defects of "water-softening, and low-intensity, after many years scientific research, having researched high intensity & water resistant basic gypsum material. Every material has it own excellent feature and defects. Multilayer compond structure overcomed the defects and collected the excellent feature of every material. After several years of research and through the joint effort of staff. We developed the gypsum wallboard automatic flow production line and the high intensity water resistant gypsum material with insulating and energy saving function. The manufacturing techniques of terminal product and equipment are corporation&＃039;s proprietary intellectual property rights. Our company has obtained more than 20 patents on invention and utility model. Yabang QSBK series multilayer compound energy saving wall material automation flow production line changed traditional mould pouring methods of production, realized multiple pouring and one-shot forming manufacturing technique. truly ach
