Feed Wheat or Feed Barley/Product Quality and Specifications The representative of SGS or Compatible World Class Inspection Organization at the Port of Loading shall confirm the product Quality conforms to the following Specifications: Specifications of #1 Soya Beans: Non-GMO Test Weight(LBS/Bu) 56 Min. Protien:35% Minimum Moisture:14.0% Maximum Oil Content:18.5% Min. Splits:10% maximum Foriegn matter:1 % max. Heat damaged Kernals:0.2Max Total damaged kernals:2.0Max. SoyBean of other colour:1.0% Max Crop 2002-2003 at Sellers Option The Soybeans supplied by Seller should be substantially free from castor seed and castorseed husks at time and place of shipment as per Certificate issued by Government Authority concerned or First Class Independant Surveyor or Government concerned Authority. The Soya beans supplied by the Seller should be in sound condition, fit for crushing, without any unpleasant odor, substantially free from any sign of Mould, Fermentation, or Deterioration as well as substantially free from live pests. The Soya Beans supplied by Seller should be Certified by Government Authority concerned or a First Class Independant Surveyor at Loading Port Stating the goods are substantially free from the following disease, pests and weeds dangerous to plants in accordance with the Regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Peoples Republic of China:
