IMG Pellet Systems

IMG Pellet Systems is a long-established supplier, having been founded in 1987 — which is typical for reliable, experienced manufacturers in the renewable energy and biomass sector. Being based in Canada gives them access to a strong regulatory environment and skilled engineering talent, which is important for precision machinery like wood pellet mills. However, the lack of verification on work email, phone, and business documents raises a red flag for buyer trust. Without verified contact details or official documents, it's harder to confirm the company's legitimacy or respond quickly to urgent inquiries. Buyers should request additional proof, such as a company registration or a product catalog, before placing large orders. This is common among older suppliers who may not have adopted modern verification practices, so it's a key risk to watch for.
