History of ITWell began when Hyundai Group established Hyundai TEC System with Toshiba TEC, which later became retail information technology division of Hyundai Information Technology(HIT). In 1998, ITWell was incorporated by executives and staff members of HIT to focus on field of retail technology. ITWell was first to implement Mobile POS system on Hyundai department store's flagship store in 1992. Since than, ITWell has established its reputation by empowering nation's leading retailers in Korea with latest information technology and POS system. To actively cope with rapidly changing retail industries, ITWell initiated Mobile payment authorization business. Mobile payment authorization system utilizes mobile devices to process payment, perform wire transfer, and check account balance at the point of activity for both supplier and buyer. Buyer and supplier can all instantly check the results of card activity and transaction through Internet. On the basis of experience from Mobile purchasing card system, we developed Mobile payment terminal and Mobile modem. When combined with POS system, our effort will bring out utmost synergy for merchant.
