Our company buys large quantities of scrap auto batteries from automobile salvage yards throughout the New England area of the US. Between 500 and 1, 000 of these batteries are cleaned, recharged and sold as usable batteries each month, the remaining batteries (90, 000 lbs+) are sold as scrap batteries each month.
