International Scrap Metals

Most suppliers in the metals and scrap sector offer payment terms like T/T or open account, but this one uses L/C, which adds security for buyers and is common in high-value or long-term trade deals. Operating from the United States, the company is likely to have strong regulatory compliance and quality control standards, especially for metals like copper cathode and aluminum. The export port is Dar es Salaam, which is a key gateway for East African markets — this gives the supplier a clear advantage in serving buyers in Tanzania, Kenya, or Uganda. While the account email is verified, the lack of document verification raises a red flag: buyers should request copies of business licenses or product certifications before placing large orders. Being an exporter and wholesaler means it serves bulk buyers, not small retail customers. Using CIF terms means the supplier covers shipping and insurance to the destination port, reducing buyer risk. The focus on copper cathode and non-ferrous scrap suggests a specialization in raw material supply, which is in demand for smelting and recycling operations.
