It was founded in Nov. 27, 1995 with registered capital 3 million US dollars, specializing in batch production of low speed large torque hydraulic motors. The company was put into operation in 1997 to adopt hydraulic motor patent technology of Italy to make products of joint venture. In January of 1999, it produced its own designed products with internationally advanced level. In 2002, it passed through ISO9001:2000 quality system certification, which was evaluated by Hong Kong Quality Assurance Bureau. In 2003, it was granted the title of New and Hi-technology Enterprise of Guangdong Province and adopted enterprise resource programming system (ERP) developed by Ufsoft Software Co. for all-out digital management.The company owns advanced production equipment such as new type numeric control lathes and machining centers imported from MAZAK Co. of Japan, multi-spindle drill press, external ball mill and internal ball mill imported from Italy.
