Procedures:

1. Buyer sends his I.C.P.O. (on Buyers Letterhead), complete with banking coordinates and authorizing the Sellers Bank for Soft Probe and BCL or Endorsement.
2. Seller sends his Full Corporate Offer (F.C.O.) to the Buyer
3. The Buyer signs F.C.O and sends in return to the salesman.
4. Seller Issues a Draft Contract for the Buyers review, after terms are agreed.
5. Buyers signs and stamps the contract, returning a way emails.

8. Buyer opens a non-operative SBLC and ARDLC as agreed in the contract to the Sellers Bank.
9. Sellers Bank posts P.O.P. + P.B. (2%) of the L/C value to the Buyers Bank to activate the SBLC/ARDLC.
10. Shipment commences as agreed in the Firm OFFER, but not less than 30-45 days after (embankments followed to each 30 days) the SBLC/ARDLC is opened from buyers bank to sellers bank.
11. At the time of charter party determination Seller will provide delivery details to the Buyer who in turn will provide Seller with Port and Discharge details. Seller also provides arrival of the vessel to be loaded and relevant data of the vessel and pertinent matters
