1. Kisangani Cocoa: A unique Forastero-Criollo hybrid developed by the INERA Yangambi research center, known for its robust cocoa base and delicate floral and fruity undertones. These beans are cultivated under controlled fermentation protocols and post-harvest handling, ensuring consistent quality and flavor. This origin is ideal for specialty chocolate makers seeking complexity and reliability.

1. Beni & Ituri Cocoa: Sourced from the volcanic soils and high-altitude farms of North Kivu and Ituri, this cocoa features Virunga Amelonado, Trinitario, and Forastero hybrids. The beans are grown organically and fermented using traditional and improved methods, resulting in a flavor profile rich in earthy notes, black tea, and light floral acidity. This origin is prized for its biodiversity, ethical sourcing, and unique terroir.
