Our factory are the silicon wafer manufacture factory named ShangHai JUN HE Electronic Material Group Co.,Ltd. we can supply Size(1",2" 3" 4", 6",8",12") , Type(N/P), Orientation(<100> , <111>) IC grade silicon wafer . Our factory have five stove and three polish machine to manufacture the IC grade silicon wafer.we manufacture the silicon wafer in the room keeping free of dust(100 grade).Our factory locate in No.245 SongJiang Aear,ShangHai,China.Our factory are found in 1999. Our factory totaly acreage are 9000 square meter include mono-crystal work place, clean work place, incision and polish work place etc. We have five Cz mono-crystal furance and one clean room to produce wafer. About human resources We have 5 professional engineer and 50 employee join us.
