Jiangyin Changcheng Dyeing & Finishing Plant

CHANG CHENG DYEING AND FINISHING PLANT, located in Hetong Town, Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province and founded in 1988, is the manufacturer of YONGXIN brand dying velveteen and corduroy. At present, the plant covers an area of 18000 m2 and owns a staff of 450 employees. The plant has a total assets of RMB 27 million, among which the net fixed assets is RMB 15 million, and a floating assets of RMB 18 million, among which the circulating fund is RMB 17 million. Equipped with 188 sets of 56 &75 specialized velveteen weaving machines, two dying production lines and a corduroy production line, the plant is able to produce 5 million meters of dying velveteen and the same quantity of dying corduroy every year. Now, its products are favorably received by domestic and foreign clients for their bright colors, soft handle feeling, nice elasticity, full-fledged surface and clear stripes, so 90 percent of its products are sold abroad. With such advantages as little shrinkage, high strength and color fastness, varied colors, good ventilating property and hygroscopicity, the products of the plant can be widely used in interior decoration, garments, shoes, hats and handicrafts manufacturing. Because of the steady superior quality of its products and its great performance, the plant has been titled as Enterprise Honoring Contracts and Abiding by Its Words and Civilized Unit by provincial and municipal governments for many years. Also, it has been assessed as The Top-Grade Credit Enterprise(AAA) by Jiangsu Province Consulting & Assessing Company. In 1999, the plant was granted the title Rural Enterprise with Fine Export Profit by the state government authority.
