Jiangyin Dongyuan Special Steel Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of forged round steel and forged ingot. Our company is equipped with advanced steelmaking equipment. Our forging equipment includes 800T and 1600T hydraulic quick forging machines, which are imported from West Germany through Lanzhou Petrochemical Factory, as well as 300T hydraulic Presses. Our company also has car type heating furnaces, batch type furnaces, continuous furnaces, 10M length annealing furnaces and other related machines.

Our company can produce forged products with the weight of not more than 20T. Our forged products include step shaft, gear and module and cake type forged products. The forging roundness: Dia110~Dia800. We can also process products with materials supplied by our clients

Steel types include high quality carbon structure steel, carbon tool steel, alloy structure steel, alloy tool steel, spring steel and stainless steel, totally 50 types. Our annual production capacity is over 30 thousand tons.

We have supplied products for Luojing Project of Shanghai Baoshan Steel, German SMG company, Changzhou Baoling Heavy Industry and Jiangxi Xingang Mechanic and Electric Company. In past two years, we have successfully developed the international market. Our products have been exported to clients in Europe and America. In 2007, our annual output reached 30 thousand tons, and our total production value reached RMB 150 million. In 2008, our annual output reached 40 thousand tons, and our total production value reached RMB 200 million.
