Founded in 1999, Jining Sifang Machinery Factory is a state-owned factory that specializes in the manufacturer of gearboxes, PTO shafts, clutch, bearing sets etc. Existing 20 machining centers and 10 CNC lathe equipment for molding processing
The shell of the gear box of the lawn mower is made of nodular cast iron coated sand, which is precision machined by the machining center. The gear and shaft are made of high quality low carbon alloy steel, through precision forming process, and finally through strict heat treatment process. Adopt high quality bearing and oil seal, high strength standard assembly.
The castings of the bearing housing are made of ductile iron. The blank is cast by coating sand molding process. Individual parts through the machining center and CNC lathe precision machining molding.
Products have been exported to the United States, France, Britain, Venezuela, Sri Lanka, Israel and Southeast Asia and other countries and regions
The universal joint fork is made of precision wax mold and cast, and then machined by CNC lathe and machining center.
