Jinyang Food Co. produces and exports seasoned laver collected from carefully selected sources in uncontaminated waters. We produce the laver with the expertise accumulated through years of experience and high-tech equipment, and all produce undergoes stringent quality inspection before shipping. The company was nominated a promising small and medium export business in April 2001, and has acquired various quality certifications including ISO 9002, SQF 2000 (HACCP). One of our major customers is the National Agricultural Cooperative, in Busan. Established in 2002, Jinyang Food Co. is a privately owned company with registered capital of more than US$300,000, with a further US$500,000 invested in business operations. The company, which is located in Busan, employs a total of 23 workers. Annual revenue is nearly US$1.7 million, 30 percent of which accounted for by exports to North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, East Europe, and East Asia.
