The story of KEVOO begins long before our first bottle of olive oil.

More than five centuries ago, our ancestor, Sheikh Mohammed Khelifi, settled in Tunisia, establishing the roots of a family whose history would become deeply connected to the land.

In 1904, his descendant Saleh Khelifi began cultivating olive trees in Sidi Bouzid. His sons, Hedi and Khalifa Khelifi, carried this legacy forward through decades of olive cultivation and olive oil trading.

More than 120 years later, Dr. Noureddine Khelifi represents the next generation of this family journey—expanding our olive groves, modernizing production and transforming generations of expertise into KEVOO – Khelifi Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Today, KEVOO is a modern Tunisian olive oil producer and exporter located in Sidi Bouzid, at the heart of one of Tunisia’s most important olive-growing regions.

Our philosophy remains simple: One Family. One Origin. Consistent Excellence.

From our growers and olive groves to milling, storage, quality control, bottling and export, we maintain close control throughout the value chain. This allows us to combine the authenticity of a family producer with the standards, traceability and capacity required by international markets.

Today, KEVOO produces more than 5,000 tonnes annually, with approximately 50% of our production dedicated to organic olive oil, serving international customers through bulk supply, the KEVOO brand, private label and white-label solutions.

Our products are supported by internationally recognized certifications and registrations, including ISO 22000, EU Organic, FDA and Kosher, and are exported to demanding markets across Europe, North America and beyond.

During the last campaign alone, independent laboratory analyses covering more than 2,000 tonnes of Extra Virgin Olive Oil demonstrated the consistency and quality we work to deliver at scale.

For KEVOO, olive oil is more than a product.
