Established in 2013, KGL stands as a leading high-tech private enterprise that specializes in the integration of independent R&D, production, sales, and comprehensive service.

We pride ourselves on offering bespoke and precision machining services for complex parts, which find extensive applications in diverse industries such as robotics, medical, nuclear, aviation, optoelectronics, and more. Our extensive material processing capabilities encompass a wide range of materials, including but not limited to cast iron, steel, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, copper, stainless steel, and plastics.

Our state-of-the-art production facility houses approximately 80 advanced pieces of equipment. This includes a 5-4-axis machine, CNC vertical and horizontal machine from Taiwan, a dual-spindle CNC turning and milling machine, CNC lathes, grinding, milling, wire-cutting machines, and more.

Testing instruments have HEXAGON CMM, Olympus two dimensions, KEYENCE microscope, digital micrometer, vertical meter, height meter, micrometer, dial meter, and other constant measuring instruments.

With a maximum machining stroke of 25001500800mm and an outstanding machining accuracy reaching as fine as 0.002mm, we ensure the highest quality output.

Our advanced production management system provides a seamless guarantee for order management, shipment tracking, and stringent quality control.

At present, our team comprises approximately 70 highly experienced professionals, among which 4 are dedicated engineers responsible for the production of order program drawings. The quality control department, staffed with 7, not only conducts rigorous inspections of finished products but also undertakes the crucial task of ensuring the premium quality of all incoming raw materials.
