• Leiderschap in de praktijk! De leidinggevenden van onze locaties in Nijkerk en Schijndel hebben onlangs een driedaagse leiderschapstraining afgerond, verzorgd door van RV Training. Tijdens de training stonden communicatievaardigheden centraal. Onderwerpen als DISC, LSD, verzuim- en feedbackgesprekken kwamen uitgebreid aan bod. En: we laten het daar niet bij. * 🥜 Exploring Argentina: Strengthening our expertise in the peanut supply chain! ☔ Our recent trip to Argentina was an insightful journey—despite the (mostly) rainy weather! 🌱 We visited several suppliers, focusing on gaining deeper insights into the supply chain and its associated risks, including mitigation strategies.
