Dear Sir/Madam,Our company has started to production in 1998 and produce A Grade 100% Cotton Open-End Carded Yarn in various counts and twists. Our capacity is 40,000 kg/day. Also we have a related company which produce Woven Fabrics and A Grade 100% Cotton Carded & Combed Ring-Spun Yarn in various counts and twists for 35,000 kg/day. For Woven Fabrics the capacity is 18,000 m/day with 24 rapier and 12 air-jet Looms with 220 cm width  which gives the advantage to have 190 cm width after the finishing process. Supplying eight different colors on weft and could have work between Ne 5 to Ne 40 yarns. The fabrics mainly composed from Polyester / Viscose with or without Lycra which can be used for men and women fashion apparel, garments, stretch trousers. Etc. As Koza Textile, our yarn and quality control machines which are used world wide and full equipped laboratory  HVI-USTER and PREMIER works for 24 hours to following quality of production from entry of raw material to final product. We able to give quality guarantee because thanks to our electronic yarn inspector Corolab 7, production is being controlled and cleared by 16 different work stages which corresponds every 5 mm of the yarn. This is positive affected to knitted fabric and dyeing fabric conclusion. Beside that we able to offer for our client free contamination thanks to our contamination detector JOSSI VISION SHIELD. Thus we are able to get the foreign contaminaton ratios to the world standarts. With dyeing guaranteed, electronically cleared, splice knotted, length metered cones, free contamination, best service are our form of QUALITY POLICY.
