SHENG YI metal product Co., a fast growing and newly expanded manufacturer on the basis of its existing sister company DLM, which both are specializing manufacturing the hot platens and tool/mould plates, material are available for both carbon steel and stainless steel as well as aluminum. New factory is built up more for oversea customer, its location at Huaqiao town of Kunshan city provides a very easy transportation to Shanghai International Freight Port. In order to meet the increasingly rigorous technical requirements from both domestic and oversea customers in the area of hot platens and tool/mould plates, SHENGYI introduced a complete new production line consists of 4 axis linkage CNC machining center and CNC Boring machine and CNC milling center etc high-tech machines. SHENGYI's research, design and production engineers have extensive background in their respective fields, one Germany and one Italian engineer are recruited in organization to ensure the quality and knowledge is kept in the worldwide advanced level.Our advanced manufacturing technology and intensive research enable us to develop new products directly related to customer needs, new facility has expanded to design and manufacture the metal machinery working parts.We always act promptly in responding customer needs and inquiries backed up with high quality, competitive quote and service commitment including the delivery.
