Business Description
KEFICO Corporation established in 1987 is the NO.1 maker of Power-train Management System and related components in Korea as a joint venture between Hyundai Motor Company of Korea and Robert Bosch GmbH of Germany. KEFICO started its production with FBC-ECU in Nov.1987 and gradually expanded its production range to the core components for engine and transmission management systems every year. In 1992, KEFICO Engineering & Technology Institute was established in order to secure core technology and engineering capability and since 1996, KEFICO has started system application services, and in 2005, established Reliability Center to enhance customer satisfaction of products. In addition, KEFICO's efforts for quality innovation have been continued. In 2003, KEFICO was awarded ISO14001 and ISO/TS16949 in 2004, and since 2001, KEFICO has started six sigma program and has applied it to all the areas of design, production, R&D and service. With those efforts, KEFICO has been maintaining its firm position as the NO.1 maker in Korea.
