Based in Singapore, leveraging on the long and successful track records in the industry since 1987, our investment metal casting foundry and CNC machining factory, Kerry-IntraTainer Precision Metal (Dongying) Co., Ltd, is a wholly owned enterprise invested in the construction under the Kerry Group in Hong Kong. Strategically located in the Kenli Economic Development Zone of the Dongying City in the Shandong Province, with a distance of 500 meters away from the Rong Wu highway and 20km away from the Dongying Shengli Airport, our foundry represents as a spacious business communication platform with convenient logistics accessibility. The foundry covers an area capacity of 30,000m2. Total manpower of 120 employees. The no. of Professional Engineering Technical personnel is 20.

Our foundry acts as an Integrated Manufacturing Enterprise which combines Investment Casting, Pre-coated Sand Casting, CNC Machining and Surface Polishing Treatment into One-Stop solution. We produce iron, copper, aluminum and other material based on precision castings and also precise machining of these products. The produced castings are widely used, mainly in the industries of the automotive, marine, engineering vehicles, machinery, food, chemical, medical, construction and other fields. Our Investment Casting uses the advance Colloidal silica manufacturing process and is able to produce all kinds of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, ductile iron and other iron-based material products, copper and aluminum products. With the modern structure of Investment casting production, we also brought in the advanced production line by Pre-coated Sand Casting manufacturing, producing gray iron and other various grades of ductile iron. Our yearly handling capacity is up to 1,500 tons.

For our CNC machining, we use CNC lathe and CNC machining Center made in Taiwan and Korea, which process products of high precision, with great finishing of its surface. Our monthly processing capacity is up to 240,000 pieces. Our surface treatments include 3 types of polishing process - abrasive belt polishing, vibration rumbling and electro polishing. Handling capacity is up to 100 tons per month.

Our company has a full range of production and testing equipment, imported from the United States, Germany, Switzerland and Taiwan, which includes fully automatic wax injection machine, CNC lathe, CNC machining Center, spectrometer, 3D coordinator, projector, salt spray test machine, metallographic composition analyzer etc. Our material standards include Chinese GB, American ASTM and AISI, German DIN, Japanese JIS and British BS etc.

We have established our own sales network, which 90% of our products are exported to many countries and regions, such as the United States, South Korea, Australia, Germany, Sweden, Singapore, Spain and Taiwan.
