About Us Founded in 2007, Kingke Import & Export Trade is a a RoHS- and REACH-certified company that provide fabric kitchen item sets & silicone kitchen items. These products are exported worldwide, particularly to the US, Europe, South Asia and Japan and are well-received by famous companies such as Popular Bath, Wal-Mart and Carrefour. Our Facilities and Workforce We have 2 factories : The first one is a textile factory established in 1993, covering 4000 square meters with a monthly output of 500,000 pieces kitchen textile, with our own printing work shop, quilted work shop and sewing work shop. All of our fabric is AZO free and eco-friendly. Another is specialized in silicone items. All of silicone material are food grade, passed FDA/LFGB/RosH/Reach test. We have five R&D engineers with over 10 years of experience who can develop three to five new products monthly and finish an OEM/ODM sample in 10 days. Our three QC auditors conduct waterproof test, corrosion test, temperature test, innocuity test and ecological environmental protection test to ensure all our products are free of defects. Our 20-30 QC staff with 10-25 years' experience aim for SGS- and CE-certified products. 5-10 of them are assigned in each production line and conduct a unique QC test, the Eight Heavy Metal Test. Our equipments for QC are salt spray testers and atomic spectrometers. Thus, we have a failure rate between 0.2-0.3%. We also provide 3-month warranty.
