In December 2002, Korea Computer restructured its organization and overall management into holding structure to cope with the ever-changing business environment. The Holding Company will focus on evaluating and managing its subsidiaries, while newly created Korea Computer Inc. and KCI Inc. will be specialized in banking automation business and system integration business, respectively.
