Kormetal, upon request, can design and produce your molds with high sensitivity using CAD-CAM technology and has qualified, highly skilled and experienced team members using AUTOCAD, UNIGRAPHICS, ANYS, and SURFCAM. Kormetal?s engineers give support to clients? team members throughout mould design and production, sample presentation and development. After serial production every batch is investigated in details and transported to the customer?s site on time.   The aim of Kormetal is to serve finished products to its customer?s assembly line. According to customer?s requirements Kormetal can inject and trim aluminum parts, apply sand-blasting and vibropolishing for surface treatment, do machining, drilling and painting. Every process step is checked by the quality personnel in the high quality test laboratories with Spectral analysis, X-Ray and 3D measurement machines and with painting test equipments.
