- It’s a Lactalis tradition to take time out during our national meeting and provide community service that will benefit the local area. Earlier this month, we gathered in Hutchinson Island, Florida, and nearly 200 Lactalis employees spent a portion of the meeting volunteering to help three charities that focus on causes that we are passionate about. Our employees helped clean up area beaches together with Treasure Coast Waterways Cleanup. A group visited the local chapter of Boys and Girls clubs and contributed to improvement projects that will help the organization enable more young people. And our employees worked with House of Hope to advance its efforts to feed the food insecure. Thank you to these organizations for all that you do for the people of Florida, and thank you to our employees for generously giving of your time to help. This is why we’ve invested more than $111 million in our local facilities since 2020 and are committed to future growth in Western New York. This year, we’re proud to be joined by global Lactalis COO Thierry Clement, incoming Lactalis Americas CEO Patrick Sauvageot, and Lactalis USA CEO Esteve Torrens along with our division leaders. This state-of-the-art facility is a key part of our continued growth in the U. , optimizing our Midwest logistics network to better serve customers. !
