The first stage Tinning Production on March 20th,2007,becoming the first company in North China to produce 100,000 tons of high-quality tin plate yearly. The second-stage cold rolling production line was completed and went on-stream in December 2007 with an annual output of 100,000tons of cold plates for tin plating. The Langfang downtown is 60 kilometers away from both Beijing-Tianjin-Tanggu Expressway with Beijing-Qinhuangdao, Beijing-Shanghai, Beijing-Shanxi Railways running through. Our company is located 15 kilometers to the south of Langfang city, west of Langbo Highway, where the railway, highway, transportation and communication are convenient.At present, we have continuous pickling nuit, 1050mm six-roller two-way reversible unit, finishing unit, hood-type annealing furnace, high-precision drawing-straightening and electrostatic oil-coating unit, high-precision slitting unit and many other highly automated and well-equipped facilities. Electric control of the whole production line adopts Siemens equipment, thus ensuring a more stable control of cutting precision.We strictly implements national standards on our products and sets up many inspections for the whole manufacturing process, During the production, we conduct inspections on electroplating weight, thickness of the plate, pinhole and appearance, We also imported from America the most advanced tinplating meter, hydrophilic balance and other inspection equipment to inspect the surface properties(tinplating weight, oil-coating volume, passive film, hardness of materials, appearance and so on) of each finished product, Each step is assigned with special quality inspectors to exert strict quality control and management.
