Latvijas piens (Latvian milk) is farmer’s cooperative, which specializes in the manufacture of upper mains stream, artisan and Premium cheese. To ensure that all the milk is processed in a self-owned company 600 cooperative farmers have joined together to build a new, modern, processing plant with swiss equipment. We produce different kind of ementhaler cheese wheels, Edam, Tilsiter and fresh cheese.
