Le ciel international--manufacturer of mens & ladies lingerie and sweater such as brassieres, panties, camisoles, swimwear, panties, boxers, seaters etc. we are based in Hong kong to provide service to buyers and retailers worldwide. Le ciel international, worked hand in hand with factories in far east located in philippines and Bangladesh. We have one factory in philippines and 3 factories in Bangladesh to work with us as joint ventures. These factories are capable and have been producing basic panty from k-mart and bra set orders from wal-mart and we are holding more than 1 million 352 / 652, 349 / 649 quota for USA market. The amount of quota we have on hand will give most buyers or retailers a relief, therefore production in philippines and Bangladesh can play a very important role. Recently with the lock of quota around the world especially during the second half of the year. Production in factories around the world has struggled with prices and tight production schedule. In a situation like this, le ciel remain unchanged no prices increase, no rush production to meet shipment before quota expiration because we can always divert our production to factories in philippines and Bangladesh. In terms of materials, our fabrics sourcing at this moment are mainly coming from Korea and Taiwan for nylon / polyester / micro fiber fabrics and China for cotton / cotton-spandex / satin fabrics. Due to our good relationship with our fabrics suppliers, prices and quantity are compromised to the lowest therefore; we are able to offer our buyers a very compatible price in a lesser quantity.
