Liaoyang Steel Tube Co., Ltd (LSTC) located in Liaoyang city Liaoning province is of transportation convenience. It is close to Shenyang-Dalian Expressway, 330 kilometers off Dalian international port and 160 kilometers off Bayuquan Harbor in the south and 45 kilometers from Shenyang Taoxian International Airport in the north. Liaoyang Steel Tube Co., Ltd is a big petroleum natural gas welded pipe manufacturer with registered capital of USD64.67million and a total asset of USD 500 million. The company covers a construction area of 750,000 m².The company has 806 employees approximately, including technicians 139(28 senior engineers). The products of LSTC are widely used in petroleum industry for oil and gas both onshore and offshore, city gas and water pipe networks, onshore platform, port terminals and steel pipe pile for construction.   At present, the company is equipped with three heavy-caliber UOE longitudinal seam double-sided submerged arc welding(SAWL) steel pipe production lines and five spiral seam double-sided submerged arc welding(SSAW) steel pipe production lines as well as one inner and outer coating production line in four large-scale workshops which can fabricate the UOE longitudinal seam double-sided submerged arc welding steel pipes of the highest grade of X100 with the diameter from406mm-1626mm,wall thickness from 5mm to 38.5mm, the length from12mm to 18mm and the spiral seam double-sided submerged arc welding steel pipes with the highest grade of X100, the diameter from 219mm to 4000mm , wall thickness from 5mm to 25mm in accordance with API spec 5L,ISO3183, DNVOS-F101 and GB/T9711,etc. The designed capacity of the annual production is 1.3million tons.
