Appearance: Ogbomoso cashew has a distinct kidney or boxing glove shape. When process into kernel they are typically discribed as white, pale Ivory or light ash in color (refered to as "white wholes" or WW grades). Scorched kernels which are slightly darkened during roasting have a light brown appearance flavor and texture. They are priced for their rich, buttery and mildly sweet taste. They offers a smooth texture and a satisfying crunch making them highly versatile for various clinary application from snacking to use in curries desserts and plant based alternatives.
These cashew nuts are sourced from healthy cashew trees, hygienically shelled and properlly dried to ensure freshness and long shelf life . Because they are raw, they are perfect for roasting, frying, baking, grinding into cashew butter or using in food manufacturing.
