Our goal is simple and solid- to create a triple-win situation between manufacturers, distributors, and end-users. First, we help manufacturers find their best matched distributors so they can directly communicate with one another. Being in the same supply-chain system allows both the manufacturer and distributor to work together to bring products to store shelves more efficiently. Second, we track the product sales trend in order to find out the most demanding and profitable products so both the manufacturer and distributor can develop an accurate inventory projection. In the mean time, we can help stock short-term inventory as a strategic reserve, creating a quasi-jit(just in time) system, so distributors have better control of their cash flow and inventory when coping with fluctuating demands. Ultimately, the cost reductions in time and inventory will be passed onto the end-users so they can enjoy quality products at reasonable prices. On the other hand, thanks to working directly with the manufacturers, we are able to offer custom-designed services in a timely manner in order to satisfy each customer's unique requirements.
