Our company began with the goal of researching and developing non-motorized, eco-friendly methods of food waste disposal. The process of food waste disposal for the purposes of composting and recycling includes garbage collection, separation of waste materials, incineration, and even ocean dumping. Food waste leachate alone makes up about 46%* of all food waste combined. The processing costs for food waste disposal can be drastically reduced by dehydrating the waste from homes and businesses.(* Annual food waste disposal costs for Incheon Metropolitan City, South Korea : Food waste leachate processing costs $12.2 million USD from a total of $25.3 million USD)The current food waste disposal system in South Korea is rapidly changing with the nationwide adoption of the "volume-rate waste disposal system" and "food waste leachate ocean dumping ban." Most modern food waste disposal is completed by electrically driven pulverizers and dehydrators. However, not only are the products expensive and noisy, but the time-consuming disposal process and the burden of utility costs to the consumer can be problematic. In-sink garbage disposal units(disposer) can be harmful to the environment and are not very common in most households.Inspired by all of the problems that arise from food waste, our company focused on delivering environmentally-friendly and easy-to-use products to consumers at reasonable prices. We plan to push the boundaries of the food waste industry for a greener future.
