Maison Roux is the small-scale creator-manufacturer of the famous "Macarons de Provence". They are made according to an ancestral recipe served at the table of the Counts of Provence since the High Middle Ages. The wealth of natural products from Provence offer an incomparable array of more than 25 flavours and tastes that are the making of our "Macarons de Provence". Macarons manufactured from gluten-free natural products, made from quality, healthy products. All our macaroons are made in-house.
