Product Specifications: First class mango from family-owned farms in the Egyptian Nile Delta between Cairo and Ism'aleyya. Locally, this variety is also called 'Zibdeyya', which can roughly be translated as 'The Butternut'. Whoever has tried it must agree: This is how mango should taste! The inside of the fruit is dark-yellow, contains little viber and is extraordinarily sweet thanks to abundant sun hours. Still on the farm, the mangoes are carefully stoned, peeled and sliced before entering the freezer right after harvest in order to preserve quality and taste. A unique mango experience§
