MAX SPECIALITY PRODUCTS

We take pleasure in introducing ourselves as Max Speciality Products, a leading manufacturer of BOPP Films in India focusing on niche segments. We have three BOPP film lines the first one is a 4 meter wide Bruckner Stenter line installed in 1990. We commissioned our second 5 meter wide Bruckner film line in July, 2001. The total capacity of both lines is 9000 MT per annum. We are the first BOPP manufacturer in India to achieve ISO 9001-2000 certification from DNV Netherlands. We have recently installed our THIRD DMT Line with capacity 25, 000 TPA. Our total capacity now is approx. 30, 000 TPA.We have been exporting our Gloss, Matt and Silk Matt Films to some of the largest print finishers in Europe since 1991. We were the first in India to develop a 15 micron Metallizing Base Film, Matt Metallized Film (which gives the look of Aluminium foil), High Gloss Pearlized Film and a very high moisture barrier metallized BOPP Film.We commissioned our first 1.65 meter General Vacuum Metallizer in 1996 and the second Metallizer in 2002. Our metallization business is BOPP focused, mainly high moisture barrier film for food grade applications. We have the major share of the high end Metallized BOPP Film business in India and this product is also being exported by us to South Africa and other neighboring countries. Most of our capacity is being supplied to leading FMCG companies like Britannia (a Group Danone company), Nestle, Parle, Kellogs, Perfetti, Hindustan Lever Limited, ITC ( BATs joint venture in India ).We have developed High Gloss Pearlized Film for icecream wraps, Label Film for COKE and PEPSI.Our other specialty products are Overwraps, White Opaque and Holographic Base Films. These are being supplied in the domestic market to well known converters and end users. We are now expanding our business in the international market as well. We are the biggest suppliers of BOPP cigarette packet overwrap film in India, mainly to ITC and Godfrey Philips India.
